Discussion Forum for Microsoft Identity Manager 2015?
Is there a forum for asking questions about the new identity manager product, such as included features?  We're trying to determine if any new identity management products from Microsoft will include support for either SCIM v1 or v2.

For now, this is it. There maybe a new created at some point in the future.
You also file your question through the Connect web site.

I'm checking on your SCIM question and if I get a response and am allowed
to share, I'll follow-up

I was hoping this question would be fairly cut and dry, given that there's already a public preview for MIM 2015.  I'm not quite sure what you were referring to with posting the question through the "Connect" web site - I poked around a bit and its thoroughly confusing as to what exactly the collaboration model is.  It appears there might be some forums for some identity-related products, but it appeared they were only accepting bug reports, and you couldn't actually see any discussions.

Microsoft's own marketing documents make statements such as:

"You can make users more productive by providing them each with a single identity to use no matter what they are accessing, whether they are working in the office, working remotely, or connecting to a cloud-based SaaS application" [1]

If you're a major developing of SaaS applications, however, one might be left scratching one's head as to how exactly to enable one's Microsoft clients to do that.   There doesn't seem to be any documentation or open-standards support for SaaS developers to enable FIM/MIM users to synchronize their users (other than LDAP -- and I don't see SalesForce or any other SaaS providers supporting that, either.)

There is no SCIM at all in the core of MIM. You could create your own
connectors (management agents) that use SCIM. Provisioning users to cloud
services is more in the scope of Azure AD's built-in cloud-to-cloud sync
capabil
