Disconnect network maps
Hello,
I've a problem with several of my mapped network driver. The problem is with a windows 7 x64 and the problem is that three of my ten network drive are wrong. If I try to disconnect them doing "disconnect mapped nertwork" (right button) it retuns an error.
The same with the command net use K: /delete or doing net use * /d /y. The most curious thing is that I can open this driver from msdos but not from windows explorer.
Another thing is that if I type the command "net use" these drives are as disconnected.
Please, can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Would you please let us know what error messages were encountered when trying to remove the mapped network drives?
Meanwhile, please ensure typing the correct command. For reference:
net use /delete \\server\sharename
or
net use /delete \\192.168.1.205\root$Kim Zhou

Hi,
Please navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MountPoints2
You can delete the mapped drive which you do not want here. Please reboot the system after deleting.Kim Zhou

Hi,
it seem that the problem is with the barracuda software which maps network driver for its use. So I can't remove these units.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Regards.

We may try to remove the mapped drive in Safe Mode.
