Disappointed In Windows 7 Offshore Technical Support Communication/Understanding
I bought Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade retail because I knew I would have lots of questions if nothing else and the 3 months warranty sounded good. Also I could get my money back in 30 days if the install was not going to be successful. My comment here is that MS's offshore phone support is very poor. We have trouble understanding each other and I generally got no where with what I was trying to question and understand. I've decided to try to ask all my questions here in the hopes they can be answered or directed to where I can find the answers. ~Ratsneve~

Hello, Ratsneve. I hope and believe that your experience in these forums will be more satisfying. Post your questions (one topic at a time is best) in the appropriate Windows 7 forum(s), and you'll find many interested and knowledgeable people here to help you! Some are Microsoft folks and others of us are just volunteers not employed by Microsoft. So, ask away :-)
