Disabling access to computer management console

How do i can disable access to computer management console from another computer?

Hi,
If you disable computer management console, neither local computer or other computers can access it. You can disable it from the following group policy.
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\ Windows Components\Microsoft
Management Console\Restricted/Permitted snap-ins-> disable Computer Management
