Disabling Wireless Connections for Non Administrators
Greetings Forum, I'd like to disable connecting to Wireless networks or rogue wireless networks when logged onto a non administrator account. Is this possible? I am not connecting to a domain. Thanks. FYI, if the computer was connected to a wireless network using an administrator account, the computer can persist that connection under any user logged in, but the non administrator cannot change connection properties, connecting to other networks.

Hi, I’m afraid you cannot disable wireless connections with non-administrator. That’s the limitation of user permission. The user who within Network Manager and Administrator group can perform this configuration. Thank you for your understanding. Just as an update, since this is not possible, I've elected to make it harder for a non administrator to make changes to the wireless settings by removing the network icon in the system tray, and disabling access to the Networking tools on the desktop and control panel.
