Disabling Application.exe not responding dialog?
Hi, Hugo: You can disable the UI for error reporting by creating and setting to 1 a DontShowUI registry value in any of these keys: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting (per-user) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting (per-machine) In this MSDN page you can see the rest of the available configuration parameters for WER (Windows Error Reporting): http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb513638(v=vs.85).aspxMicrosoft MVP Windows Expert Consumer | http://www.wintecnico.com

Hi, i'm running an application in windows 7 in and sometimes this application has minor hung ups and the message "application.exe" is not responding -> Close the program -> Wait for the program to respond is displayed. I want to disable this message because this application will be available to public through a touch screen and i don't want anyone closing the program and being able to access the windows environment. Thanks in advance. Hugo
