Hi, Based on my research and test, Im afraid that there is no such built-in Group Policy or registry key can be changed to disable the option. However, if you can get Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack, you can try to use Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring toolkit due to it contains enhanced policy template. "Omit recovery screen" is enabled in GPO and successfully disables screen with "Save the recovery key to a file" and "Print the recovery key" in the initial setting, but... I entered in BitLocker management and there is a 5-item menu, one of them is "Save or print recovery key again", and...
