Hi, Based on my research, please refer to the similar thread: Deny save or print recovery key again on Bitlocker OS drive. For more information, please refer to BitLocker Group Policy Reference. If it cannot help you, due to your concern is related to Group Police Settings, it is recommended to post the thread in Group Policy forum. Hope this helps. Jeremy Wu TechNet Community Support

Hi, Based on my research and test, Im afraid that there is no such built-in Group Policy or registry key can be changed to disable the option. However, if you can get Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack, you can try to use Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring toolkit due to it contains enhanced policy template. For more information, please refer to MBAM technical documents. Hope this helps. Jeremy Wu TechNet Community Support

I entered in BitLocker management and there is a 5-item menu, one of them is "Save or print recovery key again", and... My goal is BitLocker and Security, if this is the wrong forum, please let me make the right choice? Group Policy forum ??
