Does anybody know if there is a way to prevent users from scheduling online meetings via the Outlook Online Meeting Add-in for a specific time window in my case that would be used for maintenance.

Thus, you can try to disable it in registry.

Indeed, I know I can disable the add-in but what I am interested in is to prevent meetings to be scheduled only for a specific timeslot that could be in 1 week or more. Users may still be able to schedule their meetings outside this particular time window. If something exists it should be on Lync Servers side... Any idea?
