Direct Access client connectivity error

I have implement DA with load balanced and integrated with RSA for OTP. Client was able to connect to DA with OTP. Recently we have noticed client connectivity fails with attach error. for troubleshooting purpose i have took below actions from the DA client

1. ping to DC- Success

2. ping to internal CA-success

3. telnet to internal CA- success

help me to resolve this issue.

You can find additional information in your client's Event Viewer (Applications and Services Logs/Microsoft/Windows/OtpCredentialProvider)
This log is disabled by default so you need to enable it.

the error was on client couldnt find the DNS records. removed the DNS client search from GP. Issue resolved.
