Should I add an additonal http or PING server name to the Client Setup Assistnat or just use the default HTTP that is created? I currently have a PING added to Domain Controller.

Hello,
You could use the default probe generated by URA, keep in mind that this probe point to the URA Gateway Internal NIC.
