Difficulty Send/Receive e-mails
Having difficulty receiving and sending e-mails for past 3 days.

Are you getting any error message? Who is your email service provider? (comcast, verizon, hotmail, yahoo and etc)

I get a pop-up window which states that the POP3 server is not responding. My provider is Comcast. They are blaming Outlook Express for the problem, yet I am not convinced. Three other users in this home use this same computer, and all of them are able to access their e-mails without difficulty. For some unknown reason, only my e-mail account is not accessible. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this particular account is also used for my business, so I need to be up and running again ASAP. Thanks.
