I have connected 2 computers (Xp & W7) using a crossover cable. They are both in the same workgroup & have fixed ip addresses. These are specifically allowed in McAfee firewall. However the W7 machine can !see" & read the Windows Media Player library on Xp machine & it can "See" but not access other files. The Xp machine cannot see the W7 machine at all.Any ideas anyone?PS the two machines used to talk to each other with no problems!1 person got this answerI do too
