I have recently installed windows vista rc1 and found that the software i use to connect to the college internet no longer works. i was wondering if i could get some advice on how to connect manually. normally i would simply enter my username and password then choose the appropriate network. i know that my network adapter is working properly because i have no problem access the net directly using a friend's adsl. please help.

Maybe this software you use is not compaitble with Windows Vista networking procedures to run it. Good luck

do you know if there is a way to manually set the required configuration to access the internet since this software no longer works.
