Different shortcuts to letters located on my C: drive
Windows 7 SP1 I have a shortcut located in my C: drive: http://www.steverobert.com/driveissue.png I cannot access C:\B wheb I click on it. At one point I had many different shortcuts in my C: that began with different letters. I thought this had to do with system restore so I shut it down. Does any one know what this is and how to get rid of it?

Well, I have had the Levono x201 laptop for about 3 weeks. I have noticed it ever since. At one point there was more than just that C:\B or B shortcut. There was many different letters but I was able to delete them. I vaguely remember going in there and they appeared to be the same structure as my C: minus all the letters or shurtcuts. When I click on this one, it says: C:\B is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable This also caused my C: drive to take a few extra seconds to load. But I figured out it. I disabled System Restore and deleted all the previous restore points. The letter was still there in my C:\ but this time I was able to right click and delete.

I am glad to hear it is deleted without issues. C:\B is not accessible may indicate the file is in use.
