Difference between Drivers folder and Driver Store (Windows 7)
Hello all, In C:\Windows\System32 There is a "Drivers" folder with *.sys files and then there is another folder called "Driver Store". And I have read online that the Driver Store is a file respository for driver packages and so forth. But, what is the function of both of these folders? What is the difference between the Drivers folder and Driver Store? Thanks!
