Did the recent Windows update foul up authentication?
I have a Cisco Wireless controller that uses Active Directory via LDAP to authenticate users. On Friday, everything was working just fine. Today, I'm having problems. My Apple and Android devices are connecting just fine. SOME of my Windows clients are connecting just fine as well. But not all of them. It appears to be having trouble with only certain Usernames. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks in Advance, Karla

1. Look into Event log to find traces. 2. Look into update history and google for possible problems. 3. What is difference in user object properties. Any change in GPO? Regards Milos

Hi, Please provide the specific error message when it fails. Furthermore, please take a look in the blog below. http://blogs.technet.com/b/rrasblog/archive/2009/08/12/troubleshooting-common-vpn-related-errors.aspxJuke Chou TechNet Community Support
