Hi everyone,
I am currently facing the following problem:
I implemented a SIP Trunk dial-in access number for web conferences in a customers Lync 2010 infrastructure.
Everything is working fine with the default primary language setting (german).
Now the customer wants to change the language of the announcement when calling the access number to english with german as the secondary language.
I changed the primary language to en-US and set german as a second language. I verified these changes with the Get-CsDialInConferencingAccessNumber Powershell command.
But even so everything is set correctly and after restarting the Lync services the announcer keeps on speaking german and I can't figure out why. The Event Logs don't show any Errors regarding this matter.
Did someone encounter the same or a similar error? Or does everyone have an idea what could be wrong?
PS: I could be wrong but eventually the last time I checked I noticed that, even so the change of the primary language was accepted and set correctly by Lync, the dropdown options for the primary language in the Lync admin console were greyed out... But I'm not quite sure if this really was the case because it's been a while since I last checked. Just to let you know if this could be a possible reason for this error.
With kind regards,
Thomas Kellner
