Dial-Up Connection error
Hi, I'm new to the forum. I recently installed a wireless router and in the process I did something that I can not figure out how to undo. I keep getting a "dial-up connetion" box that keeps popping up while I'm on the internet, asking me to connect to the internet and when i click on it....it never connects. If I "x" outof it I can usually getback online.I have high-speed cable internet. Latey though it won't let me stay online...I usually have to reboot the computer. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I'm not exactly an expert with computer stuff..slightly past the beginner stage, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help, Dorothy

Open Internet Explorer, goto Tools, Internet Options, Connections and ensure that "Never dial a connection" is checked.
