i have recently brought a refurbished Advent quantum q100, i have tried to connect to the internet but it says it is unable to connect, i try to troubleshoot but it says 'The Diagnostics Policy Service is not running' i try to repair them and it doesnt work, i have resored but still nothing! can anyone help!?

Hi, Please type Services in Start manu and press Enter to start the Configuration prompt, double click on the Diagnostic Service Host to launch its properties, check if the service status is set to Enabled.
