and not by the PC (Device ) Manufacturer it self.

1. Where is on TechNet That have a line of Device Driver Development for Windows 8 Series and Mobile ( Windows Phone ) ?

2. if non on TechNet Let's Begin Here as the Forum That Talk's About Device Driver.

3. How would Microsoft Help the Release of Finished Device Driver Development, by Link here. and supported on Windows Updates ?

4. There's a lots of Computing Device now, and this due to China as a Device Producer. and many Brand that related with Microsoft working together. So Let's start from Brand Names, Devices, Internal Devices Driver Bug.

5. Please Microsoft Solved and Release the Device Driver, when it is Requested to fix the Bug .
