I have a canon powershot SD1300 IS when I plug this into one PC running windows 7 it opens the folder and allows viewing, extracting. On one PC it freezes and does not connect to camera. Both PC's are the exact same make model and purchased from the same place at the same time. Why will the camera work on one and not the other????? Confused as h*** Thanks,

Try to boot with Clean Boot. Reinstall the Canon driver in another PC, also update the driver to the latest version.
