Device Mgr exclamation for Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface
Hello all: Just upgraded my Gateway GM5420 desktop to Windows 7 and I now cannot access the internet. In the device manager I see that there is now an exclamationpoint next to the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface network adapter. The status says the device cannot start. Any hints? Thanks in advance, Glenn

I doubt that's your actual network adapter, so you might want to try to install the network adapter drivers for your system.http://support.gateway.com/support/drivers/search.asp?st=pn&param=1014159

Tried to reinstall my network adapters, but windowsdetermined that I have the best drivers for it. The Intel 82562V network connection is not showing any problems - just the teredo tunneling pseudo-interface. Glenn

You will need to 'uninstall' the real network adapter device from the device manager Action menu, then 'scan for hardware changes.' The tunneling device will be removed and reinstalled right with it.Rating posts helps other users Mark L. Ferguson MS-MVP
