Having a bit of a prob using a 2Tb external drive with one of my PCs running XP Pro SP3.How do I dermine what level USB support I have??I have looked in the BIOS screens, and looked in the XP Device Manager and nowhere is there any mention of USB support. Whene might I find this info???What do you mean by "support"? Are you trying to determine whether or not you have USB 2.0 ports?If that's what you mean, look in Device Manager for "USB Enhanced Host Controller." The "Enhanced" means 2.0; otherwise it's USB 1.1.
