Destination folder is greyed out
I'm trying to synchronize a large folder of music files from my computer (Win 8.1) to the micro SD card on my phone (Android), via Synctoy 2.1.  When I set up the sync, I select my left folder (fine, no problem), but when I try to select my right folder the box is greyed out, preventing me from setting up a sync.  What can I do to resolve this?

Hello DJ Steve Sharp,

What is grey out?

Do you run the program in Windows 8.1?
Please check the following article.

The Windows 8.1 is not supported.

Based on my test, I can normally sync the folder c:\1 and c:\2 in Windows 7.

I cannot select a destination folder.  And yes, as I mentioned originally, I'm using Windows 8.1

Hello DJ Steve Sharp,

Based on my test, I can normally use Synctoy 2.1 in Windows 8.1.

Please open the event viewer and check if there are any related error log. For more information about the event log, please refer to the following article.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7

Additionally, please try to uninstall Synctoy 2.1 and reinstall it, and then check if the issue is resolved.

Best regards,
Fangzhou CHEN
