Desktop Shortcuts - No Entry?
Hi,
Did this issue happen before?
You can try to rebuilt icon cache in hidden system folder location below:
C:\Users\User-Name\AppData\Local\IconCache.db
Delete iconcache.db, and restart PC.
If the issue persists, try to temporary disable antivirus programs, or create another user account for test.

Hi Smith,
Is the user denied entry to the files/folders when they try to access them?

I've got a user who has shortcuts on their desktop which somehow have 'no entry' symbols appearing on them?
Files are all saved locally on the machine. Haven't been able to find anything on this anywhere else hence the post.
Any help/suggestions are welcome :)
