Dell OptiPlex 780 Issue with windows 7 ,
any time i open Visual Studio 2010 after a awhile my Computer is freezed then after a second every thing is black and no response , this issue happens when i run NEED FOR SPEED too , What is wrong with my computer , i can not even finish my work , PLEASE HELP Thank you Sarmad

I would start by looking in Event Viewer for any warnings or errors with a timestamp that corresponds to your issue.
