I did not think about her passwords and such. Well now she is pretty mad with me for trying to help. I hope the system restore will re-capture her passwords and such. Fingers crossed here!!!! I know she should have had a back-up system, but everybody just doesn't do that. She has lost some pretty serious stuff.
