Even from your lack of information...Here's the answer:Go into safe mode and log onto the hidden administrator account.Do this by restarting your computer, and repeatedly tap F8 until you get a screen of boot options. You want to use the arrow keys (the mouse will not work here) To select "Boot in safe mode" Hit enter.
