Delay of 23 seconds loading network application
We are developers of Winsock applications. On one PC running WinXP SP3 we encounter a delay of about 23 seconds when loading such applications. When debugging we can see that the delay happens when loading HNETCFG.DLL. The hotfix described in Article ID: 951624, has been applied, but made no difference.1 person needs an answerI do too
