When I go to Disk Defragmenter and click Analyze or Defrag a message comes up saying "Disk Defragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volume : (C). Please run Chkdsk/f." I made sure that I ran Disk Cleanup, so that is all set. I remember that I got this message before and I don't remember what I did to get rid of it. I am running Internet Explorer 7 (8 is not compatible with my gaming site yet) and I have Windows XP. I went to start and clicked run and typed in chkdsk. It did come up and run /f for about 10 seconds, finished, but it does not affect the message I get in the Defrg area. Please help!!1 person needs an answerI do too
