Can't defrag. or system restore don't work! Says scan disk is scheduled please run Chkdsk/f.So have you run chkdsk /f ?1. Start > Run > cmd > click OK2. Type chkdsk /f in the black command prompt window. Answer "Y" that you want chkdsk to run at next startup.3. Restart the computer ... and let chkdsk finish.
