De-activate for new hardware?
I'm adding a new processor to my computer, I have already upgraded the motherboard and hard drive and had to re-activate several times, I'm not sure how many more times I can do this and before I install a new processor I want to make sure I will still be able to activate Windows 7 Ultimate. Is there a way I could "de-activate"?

There is no limit. You can do it as often as you need to or want to.> Is there a way I could "de-activate"? No, there's no such thing.Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP (Windows Desktop Experience) since 2003Ken Blake
