Daylight Savings on the Coast
I upgraded to windows 7 from vista, it's running 32 bits , capable of running 64. Anyway one update is supposed to be for the time change in 2010, if the time change has happened and my computer seems to be fine, do I still need this update?

Hi Updates for time changes are usually focused on certain time zones in different parts of the world. If you do not reside in that part of the world, then you can safely ignore the update.
