I am in perth, WA, Australia. Im using Windows7 and computer time changes on 31th October 2010 because of daylight saving. But in perth, WA there is no daylight saving. What to do ??

Be sure your region\location settings for the computer are correct. Run Windows update. There were time zone updates. I believe this is the most recent rollup. http://support.microsoft.com/KB/979306
