Hi, Firstly, please let us know if you could boot up your Windows 7 previously. Meanwhile, please try the following: 1. Using Last Known Good Configuration and see how it works. 2. Refer to What are the system recovery options in Windows 7 and perform a system restore. 3. Perform a Startup Repair and see how it works.
