Dear Sir or Madame:I have an NEC DVD drive, Model ND-1300A that cannot recognize or read disks anymore. I installed it when the computer was running on Windows 98. I was able to use it to install Windows XP, the current operating system the computer is running on. The trouble started when I copied some digital photographs onto a Syquest removable, 1 GB cartridge in a SPARQ1AI drive and then tried to copy these photographs onto a DC-Recordable disk in the DVD drive. I have tried changing some settings but that has not worked. Regards Peter Dooling1 person needs an answerI do too
