These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these two tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Please run verifier first.  You do not need to run memtest yet unless you want to.

If you are over-clocking anything reset to default before running these tests. In other words STOP!!!  If you do not know what this means you probably are not

1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)
2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)

I read through the 1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)

And i have to say, i'm not really confident i can pull that off.

1- cmd (Admin), type "verifier /query"

2- Open verifier, perform steps. Reboot.

3- Let it crash.. <<< This is....

4- Find Dump file and upload here..

5- cmd (Admin), type "verifier /reset"

Is this correct??

None of these appear to have had verifier enabled.  What were the results when you typed verifier /query?

These appear to be related to netio.sys but I strongly suspect something else is the underlying issue

Tcpip.sys, netio.sys seem to indicate a common theme, network connectivity.

I would suggest:

  • Update any network adapters that have newer drivers available for download from the device or system manufacturer.
  • Disable any software that affects the network stack. This includes third party firewalls, network management software, network monitoring software, etc.
  • Disable any software that runs continuous network loads (server software).
