DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL during boot

Hello,

Recently my windows 8.1  started crashing during the boot (right before the login screen), it crashes 8 times out of 10 with DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL BSOD, but once windows is up there seems to be no issues at all. I have already checked memory with memtest86 and no problems were identified. So seeking for help here to understand what can be done to solve it. Here is the link for 3 last minidumps

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for AsrRamDisk.sys

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for AsrRamDisk.sys

Probably caused by : AsrRamDisk.sys ( AsrRamDisk+25d4 )

Followup: MachineOwner

So, the problem lies in the AsrRamDisk.sys file, I suggest to remove the asrock driver from the control panel or upgrade it from the official site.
