DOWNLOADS NOT GOING IN DOWNLOAD CENTER OR NOT DOWNLOADING AT ALL

Ouch! Please don't yell at us. We can hear you if you type normally,
in mixed case.
They are wherever you told download to put them (by default if you
haven't changed it). When you next download something, look at where
it's going to put it unless you decide to change it.

Do a Windows search for the name of the file you downloaded.
