DNS Problem
Hello everyone
i can't go on the internet,when
i pressed Diagnose and Repair i got this:
"there may be a problem with your DNS configuration"
what I do after problem occurs:
stop firewall service,stop windows defender service.(tracert-ping) 4.2.2.4 =request time out.ip setting is static but i try to use automatic ip assigning.I try to change first DNS to 4.2.2.4 or 4.2.2.2.Restart DNS Client ServiceDisable other network adapter such as VMware network adapter, wireless and so on.check ipconfig release/renew.check ipconfig flushdns.I could ping default gateway.
I could ping other client in LAN and they can ping me.I don't use VPN or Proxy and check the setting related to this issue.Remove completely Antivirus.
Host file correctly was set.Full scan hard disk with Antivirus live cd.Check system with Gmer (antirootkit).

default gateway:192.168.1.1
DNS:4.2.2.3

set DNS to google public DNS server 8.8.8.8

If you are using router try setting your dns to same ip as your default gateway
DNS:192.168.1.1
Try pinging your default gateway:192.168.1.1 and see if you get response from it.
Try pinging google and you should get something like this
ping www.google.com
Pinging www.google.com [74.125.225.210] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Ping statistics for 74.125.225.210:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

Firstly, would you please let us know the network environment, home or domain?
If it is a home network, and your computer connect to Internet via a home router, please use 192.168.1.1 as DNS server address and see how it works.
You can also set obtain DNS server address automatically and test the issue again.
If issue persists, please run ipconfig /all in command prompt and let us know the result.

Thank's for your quickly reply but It was solved automatically this morning.
customer told me they have internet problem (I think this problem related to the customer's ISP or Switch configuration).
