Hi, Thank you for the post. Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following information with you: 1. At what stage was the error message Cannot communicate with primary DNS server received? Would you please capture a screenshot of it for further research? 2. Is this environment using dial-up connection? If so, which network device is used to dial up? The Windows Vista machine or the router? Regarding this issue, I suggest contacting manufacture if you need more information to configure the wireless router. Meanwhile, please confirm if the DNS Server has configured correctly on the Windows Vista machine. You can check it by using the command ipconfig /all. In addition, Ive listed the following article for your reference: How to connect to a wireless network in Windows Vista http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928429/en-us Hope it helps. thank you for replying to my post, i fixed my problem. It seems that the router was running an older software, that was not working well with Vista's TCP scaling..so I disabled the Tcp scaling and the problem went away!! Thank you though very much!!
