You need to mount the ISO and use this format
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess Where "X" is the drive letter where the ISO is located. Simply change the "X" to the correct drive letter

Please upload the DISM.log files into OneDrive and post us the link here. The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log.

Your link will not load. It may be too large, or corrupt. Try it again. What was the results of DISM with sources?
Try copying and pasting it again it works fine for me it just takes a minute to load

Unfortunately this error code only shows the computer cannot download the required files from Windows Update.
Make sure you have internet connection when running this command.
Copy the following code and right click paste it into Command Prompt then see what happens.
net stop wuauserv
cd %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution
ren Download Download.old
net start wuauserv
net stop bits
net start bits
net stop cryptsvc
cd %systemroot%\system32
ren catroot2 catroot2old
net start cryptsvc

Hi,
I found the errors when you running the DISM from WIM, it says The source files could not be found; their location must be specified using the /source option. Please check the install.WIM location then retry that command. You also could copy then WIM file to local drive and give the right path to command.
Make sure your image is not cloned from another hard disk by using clone software, some clone image could cause these errors and it might cannot be fixed.
If this issue still persists, using system file checker to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.
