Hi, Based on your description, you have connected your computer to Internet, but Windows 7 still gave you a message that you should connect to Internet. May I know the following: 1. Did this issue occur before? 2. Where did this error come from? 3. What is the network type? Wired? Or wireless? In this situation, I suggest you try the following steps to narrow down this issue: 1. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\Network and Internet, choose Internet Connections, and check what the result is. 2. Test if other computers on this network could connect to Internet. 3. If it is possible, test if the Windows 7 could connect to Internet in another network environment. 4. Install latest drivers for your computer.
