csn someone tell me what this is and why I keep getting DCIMAN32.dll is missing from my computer, to try to rienstall the program to fix. could this be whe they install updates or what.

You might have a corrupt or missing DCIMAN32.DLL. Try this: Click Start > All Programs > Accessories. Right-click Command Prompt, and click Run As Administrator (click Yes if UAC pops up). In the Command box, type 'sfc /scannow' (no quotes, and note the space between sfc and /). Press Enter.
