What e-mail program? If you are asking why you should cut and paste, under normal circumstances, I can't think of any reason. IMHO, out of respect, one should always delete the previous addresses, but that's about it.Bruce Hagen ~ MS-MVP [Mail]

You should be able to select Forward and once you have done that you can amend, cut, paste etc with the data that is being forwarded.
