Cut, Copy, Paste options are disabled
My windows have been attacked by Virus. In every drive there is one autorun.inf and exe file. I tried to delete these files. Exe can be deleted but autorun.inf can’t be deleted. It shows“access is denied” massage. Then I tried DOS command with98 boot CD to delete this file and I’ve been succeeded. But After rebooting when I refresh Those file are appeared again. My PC is very slow and no net connection. So I don’t use Antivirus. But I’m very careful about Virus. I can understand the presence of virus in my PC.Now Cut, Copy, Paste options of my Windows have been disabled. My Folder Option, Task Manager, Regedit, Gpedit.Msc services are OK. I can use those services. But I could not find any option to enable Cut, Copy, Paste options. Why are those disabled and how can I enable those services again.1 person needs an answerI do too

Can you boot into safe mode with networking then run an online scan from eg symantec.com?If your PC is compromised and you dont have the ability to run scanning tools your options are limited, 1) Ether take it to someone who can do so, or 2) use your winxp cd/recovery disk to start from new, all data will be destroyed in the process, then you had better install a free AV program, as well as running winupdate for critical updates

Thanks Palcouk. My PC is slow and no net connection. I decided to set up new Windows. Before that I want to save my data. So I need copy, cut, paste options very badly. On the other hand, the process you descrived above is lengthy. Please instruct me an easy way like regedit so that I can enable copy, paste options within short time. Thanks again.
