The scenario

I am in the process of creating a reference Windows 8 image I would like to customize few things during the task sequence.

Requirements

1.        Default wallpaper for all users
2.        Default Lock screen for all users
3.        Default Screen saver for all users
4.        Customized Start screen

Please is this feasible during the deployment with MDT 2013?

Please Note: I am doing an offline installation using a USB Stick. (So PC would not be able to connect to the network)

You can customize\capture a image and then re-deploy the image using MDT, see similiar detailed instruction in the link below (it is for Windows Server 2012 R2 Base OS Image, but steps for Windows 8 is similiar to this guide):
