I was wondering how to get the my custom help and support pages to show up once I create my answer file and sysprep the computer? I have an mshc file and mshi (windows help viewer full built with sandcastle and mshi built using helpindexer from the 8.1 ADK). I am wanting to be able to search the files and have them appear in help and support. Here are links to what I hope to accomplish:

I want but how do I setup an ISO image or copy to another partition and have the help files appear in help and support? (Path is C:\Windows\Help\OEM from what I remember but how do I copy to this

If I am right, you are asking for a full customization code on unattended file, according to the article you gave, In your Unattend.xml file, set the Windows-Shell-Setup | HelpCustomized setting to true.it should be the body text of the HomeTopic.htm, ResourcesTopic.htm, EscalationTopic.htm sample file from the Windows ADK to include the custom content for your whole support page.

I tried searching on line for you unfortunately seems like there is no such an outside template for help and support pages. Since this is actually htm code, we are not familiar with that. I think youd better let a friend who familiar with css/web development help you on that. Or you could bring a basic template to MSDN web development forum for further help.
