Critical update - unusual temporary freeze of system at startup
I am using Windows7 Home Basic 32 bit operating system, recently I ended up with a problem, my computer unusually freezes temporarily at the start up,i.e. after the "welcome" it takes around 1:32 mins to display all the icons properly , play start-up sound , and start functioning. I thought it was virus problem, so I used Kaspersky2012 to scan as well as malwarebytes antimalware with microsoft security essential. But nothing found. Then I opted for system restore, which showed a critical update (provided by Microsoft) was installed . I tried to roll back with system restore but every time I do it with different restore point it fails to restore. Thus my computer is still in problem. Can't use system restore(Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Recovery). I used other third party (trusted) system softwares, but it does not work. Need suggestion.....
