Hi, while closing Internet Explorer (metro), the app was minimized, but it wasn't closed (it swapped it from up to down). But instead of it there was a blank screen (with selected start colour e.g. I take it blue then it will be blue). This occurred with me only once. Then I pressed start and start screen was appeared !

You can try Alt+F4 or use the mouse to drag the app to the bottom of the screen.
